PLACE AN ORDER
What payment methods do you accept?
On Handogo™ you can checkout using all major credit and debit cards, or with the PayPal Express Checkout option. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When you make an online purchase with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL webpage. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and the transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
ORDER DELIVERY
When will my order be processed?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sales periods.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed and shipped the next business day.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If you do not receive your tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing payment, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email you your tracking information as soon as your order ships. You will typically receive your tracking number the day after your order is dispatched.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
For a list of final sale items, please refer to our return policy. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
What happens if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise.
Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant information. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long does the return process take?
Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from the day we receive your package. We’ll send you an email once your return has been successfully processed.
